What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture — nothing else, and never your Google password. When you submit a match, we store the YouTube link you provide and the AI-generated analysis of it. If you purchase a review, Stripe processes your payment; we receive confirmation that you paid, not your card details.
How we use it
To run your account, generate your match analysis (sent to Google's Gemini API for processing), route your video and analysis to the coach you selected if you purchased a review, and process payment via Stripe. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see your data
Your submitted videos and analysis are visible only to you and, if you request a coach review, the specific coach you selected — coaches only see matches assigned to them. We don't display your personal data publicly.
Third parties we use
- Google (Sign-In, and Gemini for video analysis)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Cloudflare (hosting — Workers, Pages, D1 database)
Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them.
Data retention
We keep your account and match data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact below.
Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact us below.
