1. What this service is
Padel Video Coaching ("we", "the service") lets you submit a link to a padel match video you have the right to share, receive an AI-generated breakdown of that match, and optionally have a human coach review it. It is provided by an individual operator, not a company, at this stage.
2. Your account
You sign in using Google Sign-In. We do not see or store your Google password. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, since that's what controls access to your Padel Video Coaching account.
3. What you submit
You may only submit videos you have the right to share for analysis (e.g. footage of your own matches). Don't submit content that infringes someone else's rights or that you don't have permission to use. We may remove content or suspend accounts that misuse the service.
4. AI analysis
Match breakdowns are generated automatically by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini) from the video you provide. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — treat it as a helpful estimate, not a guaranteed accurate record of the match.
5. Coach reviews
If you purchase a coach review, one of our listed coaches will review the AI analysis and your video and provide written feedback. Coaches are independent — we facilitate the connection but don't guarantee any particular outcome, playing improvement, or response time beyond what's stated on the site.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details ourselves. Prices are shown before you pay; each purchase covers one match submission at the tier you selected. Refund requests can be sent to the contact below and are handled case by case.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
